Paytm Money has received Rs 40 crore funding from parent entity One97 Communications, which will be deployed towards products, technology strengthening, and expansion of the team.
Paytm Money is also planning to try its hands in new verticals like stock trading and NPS by the end of this year. This development has come around two months after One97 Communications had announced to put an additional Rs 250 crore investment in Paytm Money in the next 12-18 months. (Source)
