Artificial Intelligence based chatbot Niki.ai has passed a resolution to raise Rs 2.3 crore in debt from LetsVenture by allotting 230,760 unsecured Compulsory Convertible Debentures of Rs 100 each.
Sachin Jaiswal led Niki.ai enables users to book flight tickets, hotels, cabs and execute several tasks such as utility bill payments on both chat and voice interface. Previously, the firm bagged Rs 3.8 crore in debt from Livespace COO and others in May 2019. (Source: MCA)
