SaaS-based multi-channel marketing company Netcore Solutions has acquired Bengaluru-based artificial intelligence (AI) startup Boxx.ai for an undisclosed amount. With the acquisition, Unicorn India Ventures along with other existing investors, have taken an exit from Boxx.ai.
Following the deal, the entire Boxx team, including co-founders Ajay Kashyap, Prakhar Raj, and Shitiz Bansal, will join Netcore. This is Netcore’s second acquisition this year. In April, it had bought another AI-based Quinto.ai. (Source: PR)
