Global gaming and media sports company, Nazara Technologies has acquired a majority stake of 51% in the Mumbai-based Paper Boat App by infusing Rs 43 crore. As a part of the deal, Nazara had previously infused Rs 83 crore in Paper Boat in October last year at a pre-money valuation of Rs 154 crore.
Paper Boat Apps creates edutainment apps for preschool kids and is also the creator and publisher of Kiddopia. (Source-PR)
