Mumbai-based local retailer digitization startup m.Paani has raised $5.5 million in a Series A funding round led by AC Ventures, Kevin Aluwi, Candy Ventures, Ryu Suliawan, and Suvir Varma. Existing investors-Chiratae Ventures and Blume Ventures also participated. The company would utilize the capital towards product development and geographic expansion.
