London’s transport body has given Private Hire Vehicle (PHV) licence to Ola for one year (valid till 3 Oct’ 20) to carry out operations in the cities of UK. Currently, Ola has its presence in around 21 administrative division in the UK with over 10,000 registered drivers.
Of late, Ola had raised about $60 million to expand its global exposure which includes the countries like New Zealand, Australia, and the UK in about 15 months. (Source)
