Fashion focused apparel and accessories marketplace Limeroad has raised Rs 3.19 crore in equity from Mauritius-based holding entity MA WillMind Holdings Limited at a valuation of Rs 838.5 crore. According to RoC filings with MCA, the company has approved the allotment of 407 equity shares for the same.
Launched by Suchi Mukherjee in 2012, Limeroad is a women-focused social shopping platform. Though, it also offers apparels for men. The company had recently strengthened its leadership team by appointing Ragini Singh as Vice President for Community & Creative, and Adesh Kumar as Director Engineering. (Source: MCA)
