Hyderabad-based on-demand staffing platform Gigforce has raised Rs 6 crore in a funding round from Unitus Ventures. The one-year-old startup allows gig workers to select jobs suited to their priorities, along with industry-specific training and upskilling.
The company uses chatbots, mobile apps while it integrates and uses social media platforms including Facebook and WhatsApp to onboard workers. It claims to have 1 million users in the 10 major cities. (Source)
