Fintech startup Active.Ai has raised $3 million from Spanish banking group Banco Sabadell in an extended Series A funding round. The Singapore and cum Bengaluru-based startup’s natural language processing and machine learning algorithms enable banks to effectively engage with their customers in solving complex issues.
Existing investors Vertex Ventures, Creditease Holdings, and Dream Incubator, Kalaari Capital and Chiratae also participated. It has onboarded HDFC Securities and Axis Bank as partners and planning to onboard more banks. (Source)
