Cloud communications platform Exotel has scooped up a fresh funding of 45 crore from A91 Partners, Blume Ventures and a clutch of angel investors.
Founded by Shivakumar Ganesan, Exotel will use the proceeds to invest in technologies to power chatbots, voice translation services, caller sentiment analysis and others. The 10-year-old company claims to power customer communication for over 4000 organizations and 10 million conversations each day. (Source: PR)
