Reliance-controlled edtech firm Embibe has acquired an online test preparation startup MockBank for an undisclosed amount. Following the deal, Embibe which largely focuses on engineering and medical entrance exams would be able to boost its presence in the government jobs segment as well.
This is the second acquisition for Mumbai-based Embibe which helps students prepare for competitive complex exams including JEE Main, JEE Advanced, BITSAT. Previously, it had acquired an engineering and medical entrance exam training portal 100Marks in 2015. (Source)
