Election commission of India has directed Eros Now to take down streaming of five-episode web series “Modi – Journey of a Common Man” citing breach of model code of conduct by the OTT platform. EC has also asked Eros to send a compliance report immediately.
Earlier, a biopic on PM Modi was banned from release till Lok Sabha election. The producer of the biopic reached SC to challenge EC order which is scheduled for hearing on April 22 (Source)
