Online doctor consultation startup DocsApp has acquired a doctor-patient engagement platform DocWise for an undisclosed sum. As part of a deal, DocWise founder Rahul Gupta has joined DocsApp as the head of consumer business division.
Currently, DocsApp has 5,000 registered doctors onboard and provides consultation across 15 specialities. With the acquisition, DocsApp’s doctors will be able to network and enrich their engagement by reaching out to the patients easily.
