CureFit secures Rs 3.43 Cr in series D1 funding round

Bengaluru-headquartered fitness startup CureFit has raised Rs 3.43 crore in a Series D1 equity funding round from FPGA Family Foundation. The company has allotted partly paid 156,964 compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) at a price of Rs 219.86 for the same.

Founded in 2016 by former Flipkart executives Mukesh Bansal and Ankit Nagori, CureFit had secured the first tranche of its latest Series D round in April this year. Previously, it had raised $120 million from Accel, Kalaari, and others in June. (Source-MCA)
