Private equity firm Creador’s affiliate Sundara (Mauritius) Ltd, has invested $18 mn in enterprise focussed IT solutions company, iValue InfoSolutions Pvt Ltd. (iValue) . Creador will take up the minority stake in the business and it’s team will work closely with the company and board on strategic business matters. iValue will use the capital to meet its growth objectives by tying up with tech-focussed vendors.
