Co-working startup Cowrks has acquired Gurugram-based on-demand workspace solution provider The UnCube for an undisclosed amount. Currently, The UnCube has 2,500 members working across 200 locations in seven cities – Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Indore and Chandigarh.
With the acquisition, Cowrks will expand its network of productive spaces by bringing on board a chain of cafes, restaurants, hotels, and business lounges. The firm has been planning to invest $25- $30 million to increase its footprint to 45,000 seats spanning over 3 million sq ft in the next 12 months. (Source)
