Online tax returns filing platform Cleartax has acquired an audio streaming startup Dose FM for an undisclosed amount. Following the deal, the four-member team of Dose FM will now work with the Cleartax team to create an engagement platform for its business customers to file their GST returns.
The one-year-old Dose FM offers a live audio creation tool for creators to interact with listeners and co-host shows with friends. (Source)
