Lifestyle retailer Chumbak has bagged $10 million in Series D round led by private equity firm Gaja Capital with the participation of existing investor Matrix Partners.
Now, Gaja Capital holds about 35% stake in the Bengaluru-based startup. The latest funds will be utilised for expanding its footprint in tier II cities besides increasing number of stores and adding new categories such as beauty and personal care. (Source)
