Contributing to the rising trend of ESOP encashment facilitation, autoportal platform CarDekho is all set to buy back ESOPs worth Rs 17.5 crore from the employees in a repurchase plan.
The offer letter for the same has been circulated among 71 eligible employees, both current and former who have served for more than 4 years. The plan allows these employees to en-cash up to 50% of their vested stock, mentions a press statement by the Jaipur-based firm.
