Cleantech startup Carbon Clean Solutions has raised $16 million in a fresh funding round from US-based WAVE Equity Partners and Chevron Technology Ventures, and Japan’s Marubeni Corporation. The company would utilize the capital to deliver an existing pipeline of projects across the globe and develop a containerized solution.
Launched in 2009, the Mumbai-based Carbon Clean Solutions is known to provide proprietary technology to power plants and other industrial utilities, enabling them to capture over 90 percent of their current CO2 emissions. (Source-PR)
