Bike taxi platform Rapido has scooped up fresh funding of Rs 1.49 crore from prominent investor Karina Choudhrie. According to RoC filings with MCA, it has issued 167 series A3 CCPS costing Rs 89,772.82.
In April, it had raised $11.2 million led by Nexus Venture Partners with participation from Karina Choudhrie Tech Sponsors India, Integrated Capital and Holdings LLC. Founded in 2015, the firm is reportedly in the last leg to score a $50 million round from Westbridge Capital.
