Bangalore-based tech-service provider Quess Corp limited has raised an investment of Rs 51 crores from e-commerce marketplace Amazon in lieu of 0.51% stake. Last year, Quess Corp acquired Qdigi from HCL Infosystems for $4.7 million.
The new fund will be deployed to enhance Quess’ subsidiary Qdigi Services which enables after-sale services for electronic gadgets including smartphones, and durables. (Source)
