Space tech startup Agnikul has raised Rs 23.4 crore in a pre-Series A round from Pi Ventures. The round also saw the participation from Hari Kumar, Artha Ventures, LetsVenture, Globevestor, and existing investor Speciale Invest.
Operating out of the National Centre for Combustion Research at IIT Madras, Agnikul Cosmos is developing a satellite launch vehicle for payload capacity of up to 100 kg. It would be deploying the capital towards facilitating its ground testing, fabrication, and expansion of its team. (Source)
