Aviom Housing Finance has raised Rs 60 crore in its series B round from Japanese investors Gojo and Company, Inc Japan, and Netherlands-based Capital 4 Development Asia Fund.
The Delhi-based startup will utilise the funds to expand its operations in tier II cities. Further, it aims to raise another Rs 500 crore in debt for onward lending to low income consumers in cities of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, and Uttarakhand.
