Domestic help service provider Bookmybai has raised Rs 2 crore in its pre-Series A round led by Inflection Point Ventures.
The proceeds will be used to expand to new locations and bring on 50,000 additional housemaids, strengthening Bookmybai’s network and service efficiency.
Founded in 2016 by Anupam Singhal, Bookmybai enables families in India and abroad including cities like Mumbai, Pune, Thane, Bangalore, Hyderabad, UK, U.S.A, Singapore, China and Australia to easily hire dependable, permanent domestic help for their homes.
The Mumbai-based startup simplifies the process of finding trustworthy household staff for long-term needs. It is a tech-enabled service that connects domestic helpers with families in India and internationally.
Bookmybai claims to have 200,000 registered housemaids, which serves as a major competitive advantage in the domestic help industry. This network allows the platform to provide families in India and abroad with access to a wide range of reliable, pre-screened candidates.
