Healthtech startup Humors Tech has raised Rs 2 crore in its pre-seed round from Venture Catalysts.
The proceeds will be used to ramp up its flagship product Respyr’s commercial launch, clinical validation studies and expansion into global markets.
Founded by Ankur Jaiswal and Suchita Kanaldekar, Respyr by Humors Tech provides an accessible solution to address public health crisis, targeting 50% of preventable fatalities.
For consumers, Respyr integrates with fitness apps and wearables, providing advanced health tracking. It serves as an entry point to telemedicine platforms, routing users for timely medical interventions based on screening results.
Respyr, is a breath-based health screening device, capable of early detection and routine monitoring of critical lifestyle disorders like diabetes, hypertension, heart, liver, kidney and respiratory issues.
Humors Tech’s dual B2B and B2B2C model caters to corporates, insurers, government hospitals, remote healthcare facilities and consumers. Respyr also offers versatile applications for employee health programs, insurance engagement, expedited medical screening and rural healthcare access.
Humors Tech aims to reach a total addressable market (TAM) of 612 million individuals in India, starting with a serviceable available market (SAM) of 163 million health-conscious individuals.
