Gaming startup Liquidnitro Games has raised $5.25 million in its seed round led by Nexus Venture Partners, with participation from angel investors from the US, Canada, EU, and India.
The proceeds will be used to build a studio, AI and technology investments to boost production pipelines at scale, and offer live services capabilities at scale, the company said in a press release.
Liquidnitro was founded in December 2023 by ex-EA veterans Sandeep Kowdley, Krishna Dhanekula, Arun Kunchala, and Suresh Manthena.
The startup provides services such as live services, geo-adaptation, assistance in transitioning gaming ideas and IPs into profitable game launches through prototyping, limited market testing, iteration, and full production. It also offers assistance in setting up specialized game teams to co-produce games and live services.
The company added it is partnering with global games companies for its value proposition and exploring new market opportunities in India and beyond.
