Integrated SaaS platform Rupyz has raised $1.2 million in its seed funding round led by Merak Ventures along with participation from other angel investors.

The funds will be allocated towards strengthening its core technological offerings, ensuring robust and scalable solutions that cater to the evolving needs of small and medium-sized businesses, Rupyz stated in a press release.

Co-founded in 2019 by Dhaval Radia, Gourav Gupta, Akshay Gupta and Palash Lunia, Rupyz is a SaaS platform for B2B e-commerce, enabling brands to digitise and scale their distribution offline and online. Rupyz's platform serves as a digital infrastructure that maps the entire supply chain for a brand, helping them to streamline their supply chain processes and grow their business faster and more efficiently.

Rupyz aims to onboard over 3,000 businesses in the next 12 to 15 months.

According to the Gurugram-based company, its platform serves as an inventive omni-channel solution, linking over 85 brands, 6,500 distributors, and 250,000 retailers nationwide.

It claims to deliver 20% to 30% improvement in ROI and operational efficiency.
