IPV leads $300K pre Series A round in D2C brand Happy Nature

Direct to consumer brand Happy Nature has raised $300,000 in a pre-Series A round led by Inflection Point Ventures.

Happy Nature had previously raised $768K in a seed round at the valuation of $6.99 million in May 2022. The fresh funds will be utilised for sales, marketing and branding efforts, Happy Nature said in a press release.

Co-founded in 2018 by Vikas Singh and Vishal Rastogi, Happy Nature delivers farm fresh direct-to-customer milk, dairy and breakfast essential products sourced directly from trusted sources. 

According to Happy Nature, it addresses challenges faced by small farmers, providing them access to resources and markets. Additionally, it responds to consumer concerns by offering them 100% clean label and preservative-free milk, dairy and breakfast products through a convenient subscription and delivery model. 

Happy Nature claims to have current  business operations in Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Karnal, Panipat, Ludhiana, Ambala, Zirakhpur, Panchkula, Chandigarh and Mohali serving more than 1,00,000 customers with over 15,000 orders processed daily.
