Offline, launched by former AngelList India’s CEO Utsav Somani, has raised $2 million from co-founders of startups, unicorns, a clutch of micro venture capitals, and a few influencer-turned-investors.

The list of backers of Offline includes co-founders of Groww, Razorpay, Polygon, CoinDCX, Shiprocket, Ultrahuman, BharatPe, Park+, M2P, Fashinza, Xiaomi, GoKwik, and Mosaic Wellness.

Better Capital, DeVC, Huddle, Riverwalk Ventures, and India Silicon Valley, along with Tanmay Bhat and Shlok Srivastava also participated in the round.

Offline is assembling the top tech founders and CEOs of Indian startups to cater to their personal and professional upskilling needs. The platform aims to fulfill this need by bringing an executive coach to the table for these founders to equip them with the frameworks needed.

Offline said that these founders need to meet either of these criteria to even apply: $5 million raised or $5 million in revenue or $10 million in a previous exit or a CXO with $50 million valued startup.

Offline is starting off a paid members-only community by hosting 'off-beat' and small-batch social events. This paid members-only community offers exclusive benefits, including a monthly core-group meeting led by a trained executive coach with hyper-curated 6-8 other founders to problem-solve together.
