Mental health platform LISSUN raises $1.3 Mn in seed round


Mental health platform LISSUN has raised $1.3 million in a seed round led by Inflection Point Ventures (IPV) and Rainmatter Capital (Zerodha Group). The round also saw participation from existing investors IvyCap ventures, WFC, Growx ventures and a few other marquee angel investors.

The startup has raised over $2.3 million to date including a $1 million in pre-seed round in September last year.

The funds will be allocated to enhance its technology and product offerings further, expand services, and cultivate partnerships with healthcare institutions and other organizations, LISSUN said in a press release.

Founded by Krishna Veer Singh and Tarun Gupta, LISSUN offers end-to-end care for mental health, leveraging tech tools for self-diagnosis and delivering holistic treatments to patients. It works with medical establishments for high-stress use cases such as infertility, oncology, nephrology, etc. to provide assistance.

The firm claims to have reached over 15,000 paying customers, has done 30,000 therapies, and has more than 50,000  visitors to its digital platforms, and has served customers across 30 cities in India.

Recently, Zerodha allocated Rs 1,000 crore more to its startup investment platform Rainmatter to back early stage startups.
