GreenFortune raises seed round led by Incubate Fund

Window and door systems brand GreenFortune has secured $1.04 million (about Rs 8.5 crore) in a seed funding round led by Incubate Fund India along with round participation of Titan Capital, Partners Fund Japan, Superb Capital and MamaEarth founder Varun Alagh.

The proceeds will be deployed towards geographic expansion, novel product development and further technological enablement, GreenFortune said in a press release.

Co-founded in 2022 by Dilip Kumar and Pratyusha Kosaraju, GreenFortune is a technology-driven window and door system brand which uses its technical expertise and the PartnerGate application to offer customer service. The company says that it has experienced exponential growth over the past 12 months and aims to establish a national presence and initiate exports within the next couple of years.

According to GreenFortune, its PartnerGate app empowers fabricators by providing holistic support through the lead conversion, order execution and warranty process. The app integrates design, bill of materials (BOM) estimation and costing, procurement and quotation generation smoothly.

Tokyo-based Incubate Fund started investing in Indian startups in 2016. So far, it has backed more than 25 companies in India which include ShopKirana, Captain Fresh, Plum, WizKlub, among others.
