SaaS based customer experience platform Kapture CX has raised $4 million in a Series A led by Cactus Venture Partners (CVP).

The proceeds will be deployed towards expanding its presence in the international markets, enhance its product offerings and further strengthen its team, Kapture CX said in a press release.

Co-founded in 2014 by Sheshgiri Kamath and Vikas Garg, Kapture CX is a SaaS based customer support automation platform that focuses on customer support and enables personal customer interactions. The company lets user collect and segregate all prospect interactions on a single platform. It has created deep vertical offerings for internet companies, retail (offline and online), travel, banking & financial services, and consumer durable companies.

The Bengaluru-based company has on-ground operations in five countries including USA, UAE, Indonesia, Philippines, and India and claims to cater large enterprise customers like Nykaa, Meesho, BigBasket, Tata 1MG, Reliance, Unilever, and ITC to name a few.

Kapture CX's holding entity, Adjetter Media Network Pvt Ltd recorded around 81% growth in revenue from operations to Rs 20.8 crore in FY22 from Rs 11.5 crore in FY21. As per the annual financial statement with the RoC, the company's profits also shot up multifold to Rs 1.06 crore in FY22 as compared to Rs 5.3 lakh in FY21. The company primarily drives its revenue from licensing its software. The firm is yet to file its FY23 financial statements.
