Qlan, a social networking app designed for gamers and e-sports enthusiasts, has raised a pre-seed round of $200K from Marwah Sports, Faad Network Limited and CIIE.CO to fuel its expansion and enhance gamer networking, discovery, and content creation capabilities.
Previously operating as a bootstrapped startup, Qlan which now claims to have over 100,000 combined downloads, underwent an extensive six-month beta testing period, culminating in the platform’s full-version launch in January 2023.
According to the Mumbai-based startup, it has achieved healthy organic growth, attracting a user base of over 50,000 gamers.
Founded by Navin Talreja and Sonal Talreja, Qlan allows users to create custom profiles, sync their in-game statistics, access AI based matchmaking, build squads and share gaming content.
On the Qlan app, users can establish gaming profiles, connect with gamers possessing comparable skill levels, explore and share gaming content, and unlock gaming rewards.
