Air retailing and payments platform Mystifly has secured $8 million in its pre-Series B funding round led by Corner Venture Partners and other investors such as RSI Fund I, LLC, Jenfi and Crusade Partners.
In July 2020, Mystifly had raised $3.3 million in the first tranche of the pre-Series B round from existing investor Recruit Co., Ltd. The new proceeds will be used for growth of data and technology capabilities and expansion into different territories, distribution and product offerings, Mystifly said in a press release.
Co-ounded in 2009 by Rajeev Kumar and Bharat Goyal, Mystifly offers a full-stack API platform to existing travel businesses and for new-age ecommerce and travel intermediaries. Mystifly aims to extend the market reach of its SaaS products and services. The company is poised for growth and looks forward to delivering even greater value to its customers and partners.
The Singapore and Bengaluru-based platform claims to build various solutions for multiple stakeholders in the pandemic period proving to be an anti-fragile business, well positioned to scale from here on.
Mystify claims to have booked and settled over 20 million air travels through the platform and its customers include Priceline, American Express Leisure Travel, JPMorgan Chase, MakeMyTrip, Paytm, Agoda, and EaseMyTrip, among others.
