Cloud manufacturing platform for interior design companies has raised $2 million in its pre-Series A round led by Foundamental and Axilor along with participation of Arali Ventures and Force Ventures.
This is the second funding round of the Bengaluru-based startup in the past six months. It had raised $535K in its seed round in February this year. The fresh proceeds will be used for expansion into more cities across and to add new categories on its platform, said the company in a press statement.
Launched in 2020 by Rama Harinath K, Vivek Parasuram, Raghunath Gururajan, Jaisimha Sathyanarayana, and Manoj K, Prolance claims to lend a helping hand to interior design firms and freelancers for material supply and other services.
The startup claims to have over 1,000 smaller interior firms using its platform and has a strong presence in Hyderabad and Chennai. Its clientele base includes Godrej Interio, SquareYards, Landmark, Pepperfry and NoBroker.
