On-site installation and post purchase services provider Wify has secured $2 million in a pre-Series A round led by Blume Founders Fund, Unitus Ventures, along with the participation of Singularity Ventures and HePo NL.
The capital will be used to ramp up technology infrastructure, skilling workforce [mainly carpenters], expansion of customer base and geographical footprints. Founded by Vikram Sharma and Deepanshu Goel, Wify is a full- stack tech platform which provides last mile installation and post sales services for over 100 brands including Ikea, LivSpace, Amazon, Homelane et al.
Wify claims to have operations across 60 cities and served over 2 lakh homes across services which include warranty management for products such as modular kitchens and furniture, home automation, and appliances. According to the company, it has achieved over 3X growth in revenue as of July 2022, skilled and trained over 3,000 technicians and generating monthly revenue of about Rs 2 crore.
