Travel experiences app Headout has announced its first ESOP liquidity program for all current and former employees.
Started by Vikram Jit Singh and Varun Khona, Headout is a managed and a mobile-first marketplace. It serves 50 locations and is available in 6 languages.
The platform claims to have boarded over 10 million people globally.
In February this year, the company closed a $42 million Series B round. The round was led by Glade Brook Capital with the participation of existing investors Nexus Venture Partners, FJ Labs and 500 Startups, among others.
