Social networking app O’hi has raised Rs 3 crore or $392K in its seed round from marquee investors such as Mr Rahul Mehta (Managing partner DST), Angellist US among others.
The brand will use the capital to invest in technology, products, and pilots to bolster its app, strengthen its team, and build the brand. They are looking at increasing their services. The platform started with Goa, Jaipur and is currently operates in Pune, Gurugram and Bengaluru and intends to expand to new cities.
Founded in 2021 by Rupal Sharma and Adeeti Singh, O’Hi app is making it convenient for tourists to interact with locals or fellow tourists in a random city.
In just six months of running beta, O’hi has seen over 56K users’ behaviour. The startup will soon be going for the next raise to move out of beta, accelerate growth & double down on growth hacks, users.
