Deeptech startup Haber has raised $20 million in a Series B round led by Ascent Capital along with Accel, Elevation Capital, BEENEXT and popular angels.
The Pune-based company has raised $27 million till now and will use the fresh proceeds to expand its reach across new geographies and industries.
Launched in 2017 by Vipin Raghavan, Arjunan PN and Priya Venkat, Haber automates the manual process of sample collection, measurement, analysis and intervention at factories by converting data to actionable insights through edge devices.
According to the company’s website, they have helped its customers save fifty billion litres of water and eliminate half a million tons of carbon emissions.
The startup caters its services to multiple big companies including ITC, Taj, TATA Steel, Emami and West Coast Paper Mills.
