B2B travel tech platform TravClan has raised $2.2 million in its pre-Series A round led by a Korea and Singapore-based venture capital firm, TheVentures, and Leo Capital. The round also saw participation from global and marquee angel investors.

Founded by Arun Bagaria, Ashish Thapliyal and Chirag Agrawal, TravClan provides agents with online stores that offer instant bookings and helps them market their business on social media. The company offers fintech solutions for the travel agents such as overseas payments, enabled credit, Forex cards and insurance.

The three year old company claims that it clocked Rs 100 crore in sales run rate by December 2019. Recently, it launched the B2B flight booking and hotel booking platform for agents.
