Country’s largest technology incubator T-Hub is launching its first accelerator programme in collaboration with Microsoft. The three months long programme will be launched in February next year.
T-Hub Microsoft Accelerator will help entrepreneurs by providing new revenue channel, understanding challenges in distribution challenges and shape them. Startups across the globe can apply for the programme, however, only 10 would be selected in each batch.
The acceleration programme will be conducted in three batches over the course of 12 months next year.
Importantly, Microsoft will not invest in the accelerator but hand-hold startups to market their products or services globally.
“We are looking at growth stage startups (those who developed a product or service which is earning some revenues) for the accelerator programme. We will funnel the applications to 10 in order to give a focused mentorship,” Jay Krishnan, Chief Executive Officer of T-Hub said to BusinessLine.
With this programme, T-Hub is eyeing at growth stage or startups that are beginning to take off. It also runs its own proprietary nano accelerator programme.

In October this year, T-Hub partnered ride-hailing behemoth Uber and TiE Silicon Valley to launch a programme to connect Indian startups with global market opportunities and help bring global new-age companies to the country.
T-Hub is a unique public/private partnership between the government of Telangana IIIT-H, ISB and NALSAR and who’s who of various private corporations. Currently, T-Hub stands as the largest startup ecosystems in India, with over 70,000 sq. ft. of space.
Earlier this month, it had selected five video analytics startups for the first cohort of its Smart City/Smart Building NanoAccelerator programme. The finalists of the programme include IntelliVision, Duranc Inc, Emza Visual Sense, Cognitifai and Uncanny Vision Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
